Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the THENN iOS application and the thenn.app website. By using THENN you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

THENN generates AI photoshoots from photos you provide. Output is created by machine-learning models and may contain artifacts or inaccuracies; results vary with input quality. THENN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

2. Credits, subscriptions & payment

Shoots consume credits (Fast: 1 credit; Pro Quality: 3 credits). New installs receive 3 free credits. Additional credits come from auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly or yearly) or one-time packs, purchased through Apple. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Unused subscription credits do not carry over unless stated otherwise in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

3. Your content & rights

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to your generated results, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely to operate the service. You may use generated images personally and commercially, but you are responsible for how you use them.

4. Acceptable use

You must only upload photos you have the right to use — of yourself, or of people (including children) for whom you have consent or parental authority. You must not use THENN to create content that is unlawful, deceptive (e.g., impersonation without consent), harassing, or sexually explicit involving real people without consent, and never any sexual content involving minors. We may refuse processing and suspend access for violations.

5. Our intellectual property

The THENN app, brand, style catalog, prompts and software are our property or licensed to us. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own, in line with Apple's standard EULA.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

7. Termination

You may stop using THENN at any time; deleting the app does not automatically cancel subscriptions (cancel via App Store settings). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
